This policy tells you what to expect I do with your personal information when using this website, including if you make contact with me or arrange a service.

The information you provide is used by me for the purpose you got in touch with me for, such as to make an enquiry or to arrange a service. I only use the information for the specified purpose and retain it only for the period of time necessary, and then delete it.
I do not use your information for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in. The only marketing I currently might send is information on courses that may be of interest.
If you use a form on the website, information is stored and processed on a secure server and not sent to me by email.
Updating, accessing and erasing your information
You may want to update or correct information I hold abut you, such as contact details, or want to correct information which is inaccurate.
You have the right to request a copy of the information I hold about you, commonly referred to as a subject access request. You also have the right to request that the information I hold about you to be erased, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’.
