I work with counsellors and therapists (student, qualified and experienced), individuals and groups, in practice in a variety of settings and with diverse therapeutic orientations, in particular humanistic, integrative and psychodynamic.
I also work with professionals and those who work in education, social care, businesses and organisations looking for professional or supportive supervision.
With an integrative supervision model that is relational, reflective, creative and informative, I aim to facilitate a space that is warm, inquisitive and challenging, collaborative and non-judgemental, supporting you in your work, development and growth.
This is underpinned by Hawkins and Shohet (seven-eyed supervision model) and Proctor’s model (normative, formative, restorative), and the BACP Ethical Framework.
With approximately 10 years supervisory experience, previous roles include Course Tutor (3 years) on a BACP Accredited Diploma Integrative Counselling, Clinical Supervisor (3 years) for a BACP Accredited BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy.
